The Donald Kerr Endowed Professor of Dentistry, Professor Jacques Nör has served as Chair of the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry since 2015. He has joint appointments as Professor of Otolaryngology (Medical School) and Professor of Biomedical Engineering (College of Engineering) at University of Michigan. Prof. Nör is Past-President of the American Association for Dental, Oral and Craniofacial Research (AADOCR) and he previously served as Chair of the Oral Dental and Craniofacial Sciences (ODCS) NIH study section, in addition to being a member of the National Advisory Dental and Craniofacial Research Council (NADRC), and an elected AADR Fellow and AAAS Fellow.  He has published 225 peer-reviewed papers and is Associate Editor of the Journal of Dental Research.
