To watch the On-Demand content, you will need to be logged into the Platform and have a valid registration.
Please click here to log in to your registered account.
To view the content, please click 'Congress On-Demand' on the left-hand side to start to explore the content available to you.
Click the title of the session or the 'Watch' icon to proceed to the page with the applicable recording.
It is recommended to watch the recordings on a laptop or computer device for the best viewing experience.

Do I use my ADA login details to access FDI On Demand?
No, login requires the email you registered with and the password you set upon registering. If you cannot remember your password and need assistance resetting it, please contact the ADA via contact@ada.org.au or 02 8815 3333.

If you are an ADA member, as you watch a session, the platform will sync your viewing data with your ADA Member CPD Logbook.

How quickly will my data be updated in my ADA CPD Logbook?
The platform and ADA Member Portal are synced roughly every 24-48hours. Please wait to check if your hours have been updated before making contact for further assistance.

My FDI On Demand viewed items do not seem to be tracked accurately to in my ADA CPD Logbook. How can I fix this?
Please contact the ADA via contact@ada.org.au or 02 8815 3300 with your concerns that need addressing. A member of the ADA team will review your CPD Logbook data and assist with necessary corrections. Please have details of the issues ready to assist the staff member in identifying the issue.

You may contact the ADA to get a copy of your FDI On Demand Portal Data however you may also wish to keep your own log at home via your chosen method of recording CPD.

Why are FDI On Demand viewing times logging differently to time logged from FDI in-person attendance?
Attendance in person has been recorded as the length assigned to the session. Therefore, if the session was set for 45 minutes but the presenter finished at 41 minutes, the 45-minute time slot was logged. Watching the content on demand will log the item as the exact 41-minute length.

How do I access my FDI On Demand Certificate?
Access your certificate by logging into the FDI On Demand Portal. On the left column, you will find the Download Attendance Certificate button. The certificate will automatically generate and include the name you registered with.

I am no longer an ADA member but registered for FDI On Demand. Can I still view the content and how do I get a record of my viewing data?
As a paid registrant of FDI On Demand, you can continue to login and view the CPD content despite no longer being an ADA member. However, as you are not an ADA member, your viewing data will no longer sync with your logbook. You may contact the ADA to get a copy of your FDI On Demand Portal Data however you may also wish to keep your own log at home via your chosen method of recording CPD.
