How do I watch the on-demand content?

To watch the On-Demand content, you will need to be logged into the Platform and have a valid registration.
Please click here to log in to your registered account.
To check your registration, please click your initials in the top right hand corner and click 'My Registration'. If you did not attend the conference, you can purchase a registration to view the content.
Once you have a confirmed registration, you can view the content.
To do this, please click 'Congress On-Demand' on the left hand side to start to explore the content available to you.
Click the title of the session or the 'Watch' icon to proceed to the page with the applicable recording.
It is recommended to watch the recordings on a laptop or computer device for the best viewing experience.

How is CPD tracked when watching on-demand content?

As you watch a session, the platform tracks for how long and this detailed data will be imported into your ADA Member CPD Log. You can export a certificate of attendance at any given time by clicking ‘Download Attendance Certificate’ in the left hand menu of the platform. Please keep in mind the certificate is just for on demand and there is no way to see your tally of what you watched in the platform.  If you attended the conference in person, please note ADA will distribute the certificates for the live event


How is quickly will my data be updated in my ADA Member Portal?

The platform and ADA Member Portal are synced roughly every 24-48hours. So please wait to check if your hours have been updated.
