Following nine years in general practice, Dr. Wendy Gill completed her Master’s Degree in Periodontology in 2006 and obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (Perio) in the same year. Dr. Gill now maintains a specialist periodontal practice in West Perth. She is a previous president of the Australian Society of Periodontology (WA), previous president of the Dental Study Group of WA and a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology, in addition to being a long term Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the Academy of Dentistry Internationale and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Gill co-ordinates an ITI Study Club and is also the Western Australian respresentative for the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists (ANZAP). A trainer for the Swiss Dental Academy, she lectures and runs training courses locally, nationally and internationally on periodontal and dental implant topics.
