A Justice of the Peace and the Chief Dental Officer in the Ministry of Health & Wellness Dr. Irving McKenzie BH(M), JP, MD, Dr. (Ortho), MSc (Health Admin), BCCM, DICOI, MAAIP, FADI, FICD, FPFA, FCLM  is a former Adjunct Professor and Founding Dean of the College of Oral Health Sciences at the University of Technology, Jamaica. He is a Fellow and Registrar of the Prestigious International College of Dentistry (Caribbean Section), Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologist and a Master in the American Academy for Implant Prosthodontics, as well as being a Board Certified Business Continuity Manager-USA. A Fellow and Section Chair of the Prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy of Dentistry, Dr McKenzie is a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine and Fellow of Academy of Dentistry International. He was awarded the Badge of Honour for Meritorious Service in the field of Health and Education in Jamaica.
