1950 Born Timaru, South Canterbury, New Zealand, 19 March 1950.
1955-60 Attended West Primary School in Timaru.
1960-63 Attended Waihi Preparatory School for Boys, Winchester, South Canterbury, New Zealand
1964-1967 Attended Christ's College, Christchurch, New Zealand. Awarded University Bursary upon graduation.
1972 Awarded degree of Bachelor of Science from University of Otago, New Zealand, majoring in both Microbiology and Biochemistry.
1975 Awarded degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University of Otago, New Zealand.
1976-85 Variety of dental practice; Hospital, private practice assistantships and locums in New Zealand, United Kingdom and NSW
1977 Wrote and presented a 15 minute item for `Access' television programme on the pathogenesis and prevention of dental diseases which, despite its late screening time, was met with acclaim by the public, profession, and media critics alike.
1978-1996 Met, at his request, and befriended Dr Ronald Gresham Every, the discoverer of the significance Thegosis phenomenon, who became a mentor in Dentistry until his death
1981 Passed Primary Examination of R.A.C.D.S.
1985-2008 Private Dental General Practice at 135 Macquarie Street Sydney, including receiving referrals for TMD from Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist.
2008- Private Dental General Practice at 229-231 Macquarie Street, Sydney, including receiving referrals for TMD from Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist.
1985- Member of the honorary Board of Dentists for the Spastic Centre/Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
1985- Member of the Sydney Dental Discussion Group.
1986- Expert witness in 3rd party cases mainly with respect to Worker Compensation and Medical Negligence cases.
1988 Assisted in the organization and staging of Biennial ADA Dental Congress at Darling Harbour.
1990-1992 Clinical Tutor (Part Time) in 3rd year Periodontics (1 session pw) & in 4th year Prosthetics (1 session pw), Faculty of Dentistry, University of Sydney.
1993 Wrote and presented a Paper on Thegotics to the annual Australian History & Philosophy of Science Conference
1994 Presented paper on Thegotics to Seminar of Occlusal Studies, San Francisco - Jan 94
Presented two papers on Thegotics to Sydney Dental Discussion Group "Meeting with Allied Professions" - Easter 1994
!996 The only non-family pallbearer at Dr R G Every’s funeral
2003- 2011 Part time visiting dental officer at Mona Vale Hospital; practice limited to Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine
2008 Wrote and presented a paper on the relevance of Thegotics to Dentistry entitled “Working with a synthetic model”
Other Interests Include:
