Following graduation from Sydney University in 1971, Dr.Brett Dorney obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons in 1985 and fellowships from The Academy for Sports Dentistry and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Dorney has been lecturing on the prevention and treatment of traumatic dental injuries for over 30 years, with highlights of his career including teaching undergraduate and post graduate courses at Sydney University, being Deputy Director of Dental Services for the Sydney 2000 Olympics and Paralympics, being a reviewer for the Australian Dental Journal and publishing papers on treating traumatic dental injuries.
