The ABCs of panoramic radiology
Scientific Programme (On Demand)
Session Description
The ABCs of panoramic radiology
Panoramic radiography is the most common extra-oral imaging performed in dental practice. Interpretation of the panoramic image is an essential skill involving a working knowledge of the anatomy of the region, considerations of variability in normal and, an understanding of potential regionally associated pathology. This presentation will provide a systematic approach to interpretation of the panoramic image, correlate regional anatomy with image presentation and
demonstrate local anomalies.
