Ageing and how it effects how we should care for people
Scientific Programme (On Demand)
Session Description
Ageing and how it effects how we should care for people
Ageing results in a series of changes to the oral environment, and to general bodily systems. These
changes result in a need to change how we communicate with older adults, in disease risk and in risk
for the individual in terms of the care we provide. This presentation will introduce systematically
those things that alter that affect our patients, their disease risk and the risks to their health from
what we do (or don’t do!)
